Processing Time
Print-on-Demand Products (Printful)
Products created through our print-on-demand service typically take 2-5 business days to fulfill before they ship. Fulfillment time is the period needed to create your custom product and prepare it for shipment.
Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days
More than 50% ship within 3 business days or fewer
Processing time does not include shipping/delivery time
Drop Shipped Products (Modalyst)
Processing time for drop shipped products varies by supplier and is displayed on each product page. Most suppliers process orders within 1-5 business days before shipping.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days after fulfillment
Express Shipping: Available for select products (contact us for availability)
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
For example, if a product takes 3 days to fulfill and 4 days to ship, your total delivery time would be approximately 7 business days.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination:
Standard International: 5-20 business days after fulfillment
International Express: Available for select destinations

Some remote or restricted locations may experience longer delivery times

Modalyst Products: Shipping rates are determined by individual suppliers. Domestic U.S. shipping typically ranges up to $5 for the first item, plus additional fees for extra items from the same supplier.
Printful Products: Shipping rates vary by product category, destination, and shipping method. You'll see the exact shipping cost for your order at checkout.
Multiple Suppliers: If your order contains products from different suppliers or fulfillment locations, items may ship separately, and separate shipping charges may apply for each shipment.
Order Tracking
All orders come with tracking information! Once your order ships, you will receive:

Tracking Updates:
Tracking information typically appears within 24 hours of shipment
Updates come directly from the shipping carrier
International shipments may show delays in tracking updates, especially when passing between carriers
For Multi-Carrier Shipments: Some orders (especially international) may be handled by multiple carriers. Your original tracking link will show the final delivery carrier information when available.

Each package will have its own tracking number, and you'll receive separate shipping notifications.

We ship to most countries worldwide with a few exceptions due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations. We currently do not ship to:

Delivery Issues
Order Not Received
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
Wait 5 additional business days - Occasional delays can occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or missed delivery attempts
Check your tracking information - Look for delivery attempts or carrier updates
Contact us - If your order still hasn't arrived, reach out to our customer service team with your order number
Wrong Delivery Address
Before Shipment: Contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address. We'll do our best to update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
After Shipment: Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once an order has shipped. If the carrier returns the package to the fulfillment facility, we can arrange a replacement shipment at your expense.
Important: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

Provide your order number and tracking information
For damaged items: Include photos showing the damage
For lost packages: We'll investigate with the carrier
We'll work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes for most products, though some items may have restrictions
APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: Military addresses are accepted for most shipments
Please note that delivery times to military addresses may be longer than standard domestic shipping.
