Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you understand our shipping process, timelines, and what to expect when you place an order. Most of our products are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted partners, Modalyst and Printful, who handle order processing and delivery on our behalf.

Processing Time

Print-on-Demand Products (Printful)
Products created through our print-on-demand service typically take 2-5 business days to fulfill before they ship. Fulfillment time is the period needed to create your custom product and prepare it for shipment.

Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days
More than 50% ship within 3 business days or fewer
Processing time does not include shipping/delivery time

Drop Shipped Products (Modalyst)
Processing time for drop shipped products varies by supplier and is displayed on each product page. Most suppliers process orders within 1-5 business days before shipping.

Please Note: Processing times are estimates and may vary based on:

Current order volume and capacity
Product availability
Design file quality (for custom products)
Seasonal demand

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days after fulfillment
Express Shipping: Available for select products (contact us for availability)
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
For example, if a product takes 3 days to fulfill and 4 days to ship, your total delivery time would be approximately 7 business days.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination:
Standard International: 5-20 business days after fulfillment
International Express: Available for select destinations
International Shipping Notes:

Delivery times vary significantly based on customs processing and destination country
Some remote or restricted locations may experience longer delivery times
Certain products may have limited international shipping availability

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Your delivery location
Product weight and dimensions
Selected shipping method
Number of items ordered

Modalyst Products: Shipping rates are determined by individual suppliers. Domestic U.S. shipping typically ranges up to $5 for the first item, plus additional fees for extra items from the same supplier.

Printful Products: Shipping rates vary by product category, destination, and shipping method. You'll see the exact shipping cost for your order at checkout.

Multiple Suppliers: If your order contains products from different suppliers or fulfillment locations, items may ship separately, and separate shipping charges may apply for each shipment.

Order Tracking
All orders come with tracking information! Once your order ships, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation email
A tracking number
A link to track your package

Tracking Updates:

Tracking information typically appears within 24 hours of shipment
Updates come directly from the shipping carrier
International shipments may show delays in tracking updates, especially when passing between carriers

For Multi-Carrier Shipments: Some orders (especially international) may be handled by multiple carriers. Your original tracking link will show the final delivery carrier information when available.

Modalyst Suppliers: Ship from various locations globally, with supplier location details available on each product page.
Your order will automatically be fulfilled from the location closest to your delivery address when possible.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if:
Items are fulfilled by different suppliers (Modalyst vs. Printful)
Products come from different fulfillment locations
Items require special packaging (hats, mugs, etc.)
Products have different processing times

Each package will have its own tracking number, and you'll receive separate shipping notifications.

Shipping Restrictions
We ship to most countries worldwide with a few exceptions due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations. We currently do not ship to:

Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
Cuba
Iran
North Korea
Syria
Certain other restricted territories

Note: Shipping restrictions may change based on world events or carrier updates. We recommend checking with us before placing an order if you're in a region with potential shipping restrictions.

International Orders - Customs & Duties
Important Information for International Customers:
If your order ships from a facility in a different region than your delivery destination, you may be responsible for:

Customs fees
Import duties
Taxes
Handling charges

These fees vary by:

Your country's regulations
Order value
Product type
Country-specific limits

Please Note:

Customs fees are NOT included in your order total or shipping costs
You (the recipient) are responsible for all customs fees and import duties
We cannot predict or control these charges
Including your phone number in international orders helps minimize delivery issues

Delivery Issues

Order Not Received
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

Wait 5 additional business days - Occasional delays can occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or missed delivery attempts
Check your tracking information - Look for delivery attempts or carrier updates
Contact us - If your order still hasn't arrived, reach out to our customer service team with your order number

Wrong Delivery Address
Before Shipment: Contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address. We'll do our best to update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
After Shipment: Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once an order has shipped. If the carrier returns the package to the fulfillment facility, we can arrange a replacement shipment at your expense.

Important: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
Provide your order number and tracking information

For damaged items: Include photos showing the damage
For lost packages: We'll investigate with the carrier

We'll work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes for most products, though some items may have restrictions

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: Military addresses are accepted for most shipments

Please note that delivery times to military addresses may be longer than standard domestic shipping.
